OCG has provided services to agencies at the federal, state and city level of government.

Services ranged from feasibility studies to analysis, design and development of applications to the management of multi-million dollar acquisition, configuration, enhancement and implementation projects.

OCG is an approved vendor at Washington State DES (Department of Enterprise Services) for IT Professional Services, and is on the approved vendor list for the City of Seattle.

District Court

OCG provided Business requirements modeling, user interface design, class modeling, Information modeling, database design and software development for a Consolidated Reporting System / Automated document management / data warehouse and reporting system. The technical architecture is a web based (internet), multi-tier component configuration using Microsoft .NET.

Seattle Public Utilities

OCG provided the analysis for the development of a business case for an IT Cost & Performance Management Initiative for the City of Seattle’s Public Utilities department.

Seattle Department of Transportation

OCG evaluated and recommended changes to SDOT’s System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and created guidelines for analysis and design activities and deliverables.

WA State Department of Social & Health Services & Health Care Authority

OCG provided UAT Management and Technical Management services to the ProviderOne Phase II project for the WA State Health Care Authority and DSHS. Phase II added payment of social services providers to the state's Medicaid system, ProviderOne.

OCG also provided UAT Management services to the state's successful implementation if ICD10 procedure and diagnostic codes, making Washington State one of the smoothest transitions from ICD9 in the nation.

OCG provided project management, business design and vendor management for the Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) Re-Procurement project, (ProviderOne). The MMIS is one of the largest transaction and decision support systems in the State. This $137 Million project will replaced the aging legacy MMIS and other ancillary systems within the department as well as implemented new capabilities that resulted in the new MMIS being the primary enterprise system for paying providers of services to DSHS clients. The new system impacts every administration within DSHS.

OCG also provided project management, business design and vendor management for the MMIS HIPAA project. This was a project to upgrade the Medicaid Management Information System to be compliant with the then new HIPAA Transaction and Code Set Rules. The project developed front-end and middleware functionality to allow the MMIS system to receive, process and transmit HIPAA compliant transactions.

WA State Department of Health

OCG created the PHIMS application for the State of Washington Department of Health - a web-based application for the capture and reporting of incidents of contagious diseases. The application is a multi-tiered architecture using Microsoft tools, services and data stores. This object-oriented, component based applications runs in an intranet environment. Technology: ASP, COM+, XML, VB, Javascript and SQL Server.

WA Department of Labor & Industries

OCG created two feasibility studies and decision packages for the Department of Labor & Industries.
